This Slim shady syndrome...

I tire o! i must be slim sha o. wonder how i got here in the first place from being a source of concern cos of my lack of weight to now being a major issue cos of abundance of it! na real wa. In the process of meeting my target of size 12 from d present 16,my knees devloped pain and swellings. Doc says to ease up on the morning walks but still must lose weight so which one i go take now?

Well,decided to strictly diet and learn swimming(hopefully i can wade my thick self in water) so plssssssss help! This is a major project now. What should i eat and not eat? Don't really have sweet tooth but i love coke, juice and my folks are big! Help, i must be slim o!!!

I know all this I must be slim talk...dont do pills sha...side effects are linked to cervical cancer..anyhow.. My friend was on a strict diet and work out about 1hr everyday...totally worked for her...she ate chicken without the skin, less CARBOHYDRATES!!! yep!!! you can eat chicken all you want and seafood...stay away from too mcuh red meat and carbs!

to be slim is not easy, but you ll get there. it is all about determination. since you like coke so much drink diet coke instead, walk 30 minutes everyday, go to the internet and read about it. you ll be okay

lol...Miss Love is right..."diarrohea and oily discharge" is not a good look...as far as eating...Miss Love said it all..u might have to make do without the Nig staple foods, eba, amala, cut down on the rice significantly...tuna, chicken, turkey, all fine; beef, pork, lamb etc...not so good.. stick to white meats, drink plenty of water...if u must drink fizzy drinks, keep it to a minimum, exercise is essential..the swimming will help..do something you enjoy doing and it'll work better for you...

BSNC, the chemicals in diet coke make it unhealthy so i wouldnt advise it

also, wholemeal foods like brown rice, brown bread can help...i'll stop now..i've written a mini post in ur comment box

That makes both of us....from being so skinny it's a problem to being so fat it's a problem!!!

yes pls do those listed above and tryin taking at least 3 glasses of water very early in the morings b4 anything at all...water is very good for weight loss (water therapy). then you can do a bit of friuts in the morin for bfast,proteins for lunch or little carbonhydrates which must be only LUNCH, then do a lot of vegetables for dinner, i.e real vegs, then try joggin or lng walks daily...gr8 results garanteed so long u you understand this could go on for about 6months b4 ur desired results. people kid themselves that u get results in few weeks, dosnt walk that way but ones u are consitent and then have this at least 6months mind set, u wont go wrong...

i think you should also try skipping. it goes a long way in burning the fat in ur entire body. gudluck!

I guess I have had enough of "u are too slim" and I am currently doing everything to move to size 8. One thing I know can help you lose weight is to go on a fruit diet. There are no fats in them. You can eat them 3 times a day (hence no risk of ulcer) and they help you go to toilet more.
